New
tax rules came into effect in 2000 which makes it easier for registered
charities to recover Income Tax from members' subscriptions and
donations. The Gift Aid scheme replaces Deed of Covenant, and
provides for a single declaration which lasts indefinately, or until it
is revoked by the donor. If
you are a UK taxpayer , by completing the declaration below , the
Society can reclaim the tax that you will have paid on all
subscriptions and donations (currently 28p in the £), plus all future
subscriptions and donations until you wish to cancel the arrangement. |
